Our Mission
New Rochelle City Soundings’ mission is to inspire a greater appreciation of New Rochelle by providing our readership with information on the people, places and events that impact our City and to instill a renewed sense of pride in our City and its diversity.

 “Sharing the Best of New Rochelle,” the subtitle on our nameplate, summarizes our mission.  We have chosen not to print articles that are partisan, negative, inflammatory or strongly critical of our city, or reviews that might intentionally or inadvertently cause harm to a business.  Articles and reviews will have the byline of their authors.
